    Thermocouple tips are used for measurement of molten metal temperatures. We manufacture a variety of models for various requirements, viz. MK III, MK VII (5 Types) and ceramic body – male connector type. All these models use different connectors (either Female Type or Male-Female Type) and use paper tubes with different Inner diameters. Method of use: 1. insert the sampler into the special measuring lance; 2. when measuring, the molten steel sampler tilted 60~65 degrees into the steel water, the insertion depth is more than 350mm, the sampling time is 4~6s; 3. sampler is removed from the metal melting furnace, ladle after tapping gently on the ground, the steel sample will fall on the ground. C. Note: 1. The samplers shall be prevented moisture during storage period; 2. The temperature of molten steel must be no less than1500 DEG C when collecting samples; 3. Avoid strong vibration, to prevent the quartz tube broken; 4. Before using the samplers, they must be put into 60 DEG C oven and baked for 10 hours; 5. The insertion depth and the residence time of molten steel sampler should be strictly executed in accordance with the provisions.
